I have contributed to building core operational systems including employee handbook creation, onboarding workflows for support staff and attorneys, and detailed SOPs for executive assistant operations. These initiatives focused on improving clarity, consistency, and repeatability in day-to-day execution.
I have also supported sales-related activities by creating and designing a Sales Playbook to structure the firm's sales process and improve execution clarity. Alongside this, I managed contact data and coordination across systems such as Clio and lead tracking sheets, ensuring visibility and accuracy of information.
In recruitment, I created and published job postings through LawClerk to support hiring needs.
On the automation side, I built internal tools to reduce manual coordination. This includes a Slack-based scheduling bot that consolidates scheduling details from multiple private channels into a single source, and an email digest automation that pulls Outlook emails, converts them into images, and centralizes them into one channel for easier review.
In marketing and digital execution, I have mapped end-to-end user experiences across platforms, created campaign materials, and supported LinkedIn growth through content creation, outreach, and engagement. I have also contributed to website improvements through SEO updates, blog page creation, and front-end adjustments.
