I serve as Business Operations & Systems Support, responsible for ensuring that work is executed, tracked, and delivered with clarity and accountability.
I oversee daily operations across tasks, teams, and systems, enforcing structure and follow-through so that deadlines are met, work is visible, and nothing falls through the cracks.
I also design and maintain the systems that support delivery. This includes building workflows across recruitment, onboarding, sales tracking, and case management, as well as managing dashboards such as Risk Thresholds and Attorney Utilization.
My role is to ensure consistent execution by aligning people, processes, and data into a system that supports reliable client delivery at scale.
I bring 2+ years of experience across operations, CRM, systems support, and client fulfillment, with work spanning legal services, real estate, marketing and lead generation, and customer support operations.
