About Me

3D production, motion graphics, automation, and AI-assisted creative systems.

My background is eight years in multimedia and 3D. Cinema 4D and Octane are my bread and butter, with After Effects for finishing.

What shaped the way I work now is what came after the craft: I got tired of repeating the same production steps by hand on every deliverable, so I started building the pipelines that do them for me.

Today I work across both sides of that line. I build code-first motion graphics and automated render pipelines, write After Effects toolkits that collapse hours of manual comp work into a single run, and design AI agent systems that handle the repetitive production and operations work around a creative business.

The through-line is the same regardless of the tool: find the step a human is doing over and over, and turn it into a system that does it reliably.

The model I work to is human craft first, then a brand-locked design system, then an automated pipeline on top of it. The assets and the taste stay hand-made and deliberate; the repetition gets automated.

Automation is selective, and I think it is worth being honest about where it stops. Short-form content and web-3D automate well. Cinematic and commercial work stays hands-on, and should. My job is knowing which is which.

Problems I Help Solve

Common creative and production problems I can help organize, simplify, and automate.

Creative teams repeating the same manual production steps on every single deliverable.

Brand consistency degrading as content volume scales, because each piece is assembled by hand.

Look-dev previews not matching the final render, burning iteration cycles late in a project.

Video quality breaking on delivery through gradient banding or platform re-encoding artifacts.

Asset handoffs between tools desynchronizing, especially across motion, code, and render workflows.

Recurring social content requiring full manual production every time instead of a reusable pipeline.

Content review cycles running on screenshots and email threads with no durable approval record.

AI tooling that is too token-expensive or too slow to actually use at production scale.

Admin work like invoicing, asset organization, and pre-publish QA eating hours that should go to creative work.

3D elements not seating correctly onto 2D plates, forcing guess-and-render iteration instead of measurement.

Operations knowledge living only in one person’s head, with nothing documented or systematized.

Repeatable production tasks that should be automated but are still handled by hand.

Results Delivered

Tangible work completed across 3D, motion graphics, automation, AI systems, and creative operations.

Built a 33-badge After Effects batch-render pipeline covering PNG sequence to MP4 to stills to WebP sprites for Final Bosu.

Authored a 12-script After Effects ExtendScript toolkit automating grid layout, animation cloning, autofocus, batch export, and comp propagation.

Delivered a 6-scene vertical motion-graphics reel for AC Logistics on a code-first pipeline.

Built an automated captions pipeline from local transcription to animated word-highlight composition to transparent PNG sequence.

Developed a grain-dither technique that eliminated 8-bit gradient banding on social platform re-encodes.

Solved 3D-to-2D plate integration with analytic three-marker projection calibration instead of guess-and-render iteration.

Built lottie-extractor, which renders Lottie animations to transparent PNG sequences for After Effects via headless Chromium.

Shipped a branded carousel-generation pipeline that runs from idea to scheduled post for KinderLab.

Launched a hosted content-review app that replaced screenshot-based review with a tablet reject/flag flow.

Reduced AI agent tooling cost from roughly 10,000 tokens per turn to roughly 150 with a purpose-built CLI.

Shipped and maintained live AI operations bots for three businesses spanning retail POS, gym management, and creative production.

Automated invoicing end-to-end and built QA workflows to review release assets before publishing.

Deployed local AI video tooling on-premise for work that could not go to cloud services.

Built an autonomous multi-brand content-operations system and distilled it into a reusable pattern for small autonomous agent teams.
